Today, the world experienced a series of changes in various sectors within society. In the scientific-academic, there have been a conglomeration of paradigm shifts, philosophical, pedagogical and others, which have boosted the teaching-learning process at a speed so fast that it leads to the formation and updating of teachers who work in different levels and subsystems that frame the Bolivarian Educational System.
From the foregoing, the Company focuses its interest in education as an emancipatory tool for generating epistemic changes, philosophical, axiological and teleological, converging toward building a new harmonious society, where people develop a strong sense of belonging and relevance as active agents of social fact.

In conducting this event in the city of San Fernando de Apure, on 11/03/2011, was attended by the following speakers: Dr. Angel Aristides Hernandez, who refers to Current Reality of the Venezuelan Teachers and the Rescue of Cultural Values. Next, Dr. Wolfgang Montero with Technology Information, its philosophy, approach and its application in the Venezuelan education system. On the other hand, Dr. Roberto Diaz Ruiz, with his paper framed in the Curriculum, Reasons, Characteristics, Participation Forms, Techniques and Tools.
Extension Representing the Apure, the M.Sc. Aular Piñero, addressed the topic of: The Internet as a research tool in science. The M.Sc. Manuel León Zonnis IMPM Deputy Director, spoke on The Social Function University in UPEL-IMPM. Finally, Professor José Peñaloza, with insertion of the student paper Communities for the Provision of Community Service.
As cultural performance is counted with the participation of Coral-IMPM UPEL Apure and couples dance joropo of: Mario Briceño Iragorri EPB and Cultural Foundation Yelsi Colmenares.
